Bécalos Information System
A program with Bécalos demographic breath and moral responsibility requires the utmost transparency among its participating partners and with all members of society, specially the donors that make the program possible with their generous contributions through the bank’s ATM machines. With the purpose of promoting transparency in the operation of the program the Bécalos Information System has been developed. This program gives immediate access to all of the programs relevant statistic data.
Through this system it’s possible to have immediate access to the number of beneficiaries in each state, grade, program and school cycle, among other things. This allows a precise control on the allocation of the resources donated by each participating bank, each company and the millions of Mexicans that allow a larger number of young people and teachers to begin and end their studies.
Having this information about the beneficiaries in an automatized system allows us to understand in real time the impact that the Program has in terms of growth and coverage. It also permits a permanent process of support for the beneficiaries and to be in touch with them in order to understand their needs, achievements and goals.
The Bécalos Information System allows us to know and classify all of the beneficiaries’ information.
